School's Out Forever

Well, I'm finally finished.

It only took seven years, but I finally have concluded my college career. I ended it with a degree in education and an added major in journalism. Whew.

The last few days have been pretty eerie. I haven't ever been completely done with school until now and it's really kind of depressing. Going to school at WMU was easily the best time of my life and I'm going to miss it. I think working at the Herald and making a lot of friends added to the depression of it all because now that is over too.

I'm eager to see where my life goes now, however. It'll be very interesting to see where I end up at the end of this fall. Scary, but exciting at the same time. We'll see what happens!

Hopefully, with my family here this weekend, that will help lift my spirits. But for now, I'll keep twisting my mind around the thought that this is all over with...

Off to drink a few beverages and watch the Red Wings.
